Adriano (full name Adriano Leite Ribeiro; born February 17, 1982, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is a Brazilian football player, who plays for Inter Milano. When Ronaldo began fulfilling his potential as a world-class goalscorer, the whole of Brazil breathed a collective sigh of relief. At last, there was someone to replace Romario. But that still left the question of who would partner 'The Phenomenon' up front, and more importantly, who would fill the great man's shoes when he hung up his boots.
